Salon Policies
Cancelations/alterations must be made via the online booking system 48 hours before or alternatively by phone 01316650561. Please DO NOT email to cancel or make any alterations.
“No Show” and “Missed” appointments will be required to pay full treatment price before any other bookings can be made.
Please arrive at your appointment on time or 5 minutes early if possible as we all work back-to-back and due to this we are unable to accommodate lateness. Missed appointments due to lateness will be charged at full treatment price.
Please arrive to your appointment wearing a mask we are a close contact service and masks are mandatory within in the salon.
Please sanitise when entering the salon.
Toilets are for staff use only.
You may be required to pay a booking fee at the time of bookings. Booking fees are non-refundable. alterations can be made 48 hours prior to bookings and fee will be transferred.
Cash payments only- Please visit the cash machine prior to your appointment, there are two cash machines neat by one being located outside the day-to-day shop and the other at the Fisher row newsagent.
If you have booked in for Brow Lamination, HD Brows, Lash Lift, or tinting you MUST come in for a patch test at least 48 hours before your treatment. Patch tests can be booked online or call 01316650561 to arrange a patch test. No patch tests no treatment.
If having any eye treatments, please arrive with no eye makeup on.
If you are having any nail services, please come with bare nails unless you have booked a removal.
To ensure a relaxing experience is had by all, I ask that clients to attend their appointments alone. Please note this due to insurance regulations and for health and safety reasons. Waiting area is for clients who have appointments only.
No under 16s- We do not offer treatments to under 16s.
